CHANEL believes that the purpose of skincare is to “reveal the natural charm of a woman’s face while simplifying her daily beauty ritual” and has introduced a complexion enhancer that unites skincare and make-up.
The new CC Cream aims to be the modern woman’s best friend by providing “Complete (C) Correction (C)” care for her complexion. Upon application, skin is said to glow with “bare” beauty within minutes and complexion is touted to be visibly even-toned and radiant. Key ingredients include cornflower water, hyaluronic acid and a restructuring active ingredient called Rejuvencia, a naturally-derived active ingredient from a marine micro-organism which stimulates the natural production of collagen. The product is touted to offer five benefits of soothing, moisturising, sun protection, even skin tone and concealing imperfection, plus preventing signs of ageing. It also comes with SPF 30 PA+++ for protection against UV rays. Dark spots, redness and pores are said to appear visibly smaller. Apply CC Cream to thoroughly cleansed skin. The cream can also be used for touch-ups during the day. It comes in a single shade (Beige 20) and retails at RM165. Available at the Chanel boutique and Chanel counters nationwide.
