Illamasqua has announced a new limited edition collection for Halloween 2013, The range features Nail Varnish in Swarm (a clear top coat with black speckles), False Lashes in Bat (black) and the Bat Duo Set. The collection, priced between will be available at selected Illamasqua stores and online via the brand’s website.
