Grab Shiseido’s POP PowderGel Eyeshadows while you still can, as they’re soon to be discontinued. The hybrid powder-gel formula glides on smoothly and delivers intense pigment. These shadows contain film-forming polymers, which create a flexible base for long-lasting wear.
