New images for the collection Crocoite by hair stylist Stipe Filipovic captured by photographer Edvin Kalic. Stipe used colours of minerals and geological shapes to achieve an illusion of geological periods trough multilayering.
“The inspiration for the collection CROCOITE Stipe Filipovic found in Geological Museum, primarily amongst the variety of colours of minerals like magnetite, labradorite, opal as well as others. Their sparkling colours and distinct beauty and arrangement give divine energy which cannot leave one unmoved. Also, the very structure and the shape of coiffures is derived from the morphology of the Earth’s multilayered crust, and every coiffure mimics the details of geological periods from a distant past.”
