Bottega Veneta has unveiled its first fragrance collection, showcasing a range of scents designed to embody sophisticated appeal. Among the offerings is “Déjà Nuit”, which features heady notes of geranium from Madagascar, complemented by the spicy warmth of Guatemalan ingredients. Each fragrance is presented in an organically shaped glass bottle inspired by the artisanal heritage of the Veneto region, elevated by a base of Verde Saint Denis marble.
“Déjà Nuit” captivates with an olfactory profile that evokes sophistication. It opens with bright winter lemon notes, blending into the warmth of cinnamon and floral undertones of geranium. This unique combination creates a scent that is inviting and suitable for various occasions.
In addition to “Déjà Nuit”, the collection includes a variety of compelling scents. “Come with Me” blends the fresh elegance of Italian bergamot with the powdery richness of French orris butter. The top notes feature artichoke Symtrap®, bergamot oil, and carrot seed oil, creating a vibrant opening. The heart notes consist of orris butter, jasmine absolute, and cabreuva wood oil, while the base notes include vetiver oil, vanilla bourbon extract, and a leather-like skin accord, resulting in a scent that exudes comfort.
Bottega Veneta’s commitment to craftsmanship is reflected in the design of the fragrance bottles. Each bottle is created using innovative techniques inspired by traditional Venetian glassblowing methods, capturing distinctive mouth-blown air bubbles that give each piece its unique character. Constructed from Verde Alpi marble, glass, and FSC-certified wood from Croatian forests, the materials used in the collection highlight the brand’s focus on sustainability and luxury.
The collection also features “Colpo di Sole,” which captures the warmth of the Mediterranean sun with tranquil notes of French angelica oil and the sensuality of orange blossom. Additionally, “Acqua Sale” offers a refreshing blend of woody labdanum absolute from Spain and Macedonian juniper berry, evoking the essence of coastal breezes.
Lastly, “Alchemie” delivers a special experience, combining vibrant pink pepper with precious myrrh from Somalia.
