Fashion house BOSS unveiled its Fall Winter 2023 Collection at Milan’s Allianz MiCo conference center on September 22nd, in the presence of a crowd of over 1,000 guests. This event marked a contemporary reinterpretation of BOSS’ heritage.

Among the guests who attended the show were Naomi Campbell, Suki Waterhouse, Burna Boy, Ariana DeBose, Colman Domingo, Ester Expósito, Simu Liu, Demi Lovato, Sonam Kapoor, Lee Minho, Arón Piper, Zhang Yuqi, and Zhang Binbin. In the front row were sports stars Victor Cruz and Jonathan Kuminga, plus brand ambassador Matteo Berrettini alongside Melissa Satta.
The theme of the collection, known as “CorpCore,” led to a transformation of the show venue into BOSS Techtopia – an ephemeral workspace and oasis of tranquility and ergonomic design, seamlessly integrating physical and mental well-being. BOSS Techtopia achieved this by combining cutting-edge technologies like robotics with lush green surroundings, creating a serene atmosphere and an optimistic vision of the future.
At the crossroads of human experience and technology, we encountered Sophia, the standout feature of BOSS Techtopia. Sophia, created by Hanson Robotics in Hong Kong, represents some of the world’s most advanced robotic technology. This original robotic citizen welcomed guests at the entrance of the BOSS fashion show, engaging in conversations with the ability to recognize faces, hand gestures, and even register human emotional expressions. In an unexpected twist, Sophia was seated at a desk in the front row, attentively observing the models as they graced the runway.
After this surreal encounter with Sophia, guests proceeded through tunnels adorned with life-sized holograms, offering greetings in multiple languages, leading them to a captivating lobby filled with screens. From there, attendees gained access to the striking runway space, an innovative blend of traditional office elements and futuristic, tech-inspired features.
Within the runway loop, six themed rooms were curated, all under the oversight of the BOSS Techtopia Control Room. In the HarmoniTech Space, yogis discovered a sanctuary for their practice within the fast-paced corporate world. The Brainstorm Room witnessed “employees” donning light-therapy headphones, harnessing collective creative energy. Two additional rooms served as harmonious, plant-filled meeting spaces. The AromaSynth Lab, dedicated to olfactory exploration, celebrated the classic BOSS scent.
