Top model Willow Hand is the face of Anna Sui Fantasia Mermaid‘s Fragrance 2019 advertising campaign captured by fashion photographer Steven Meisel. In charge of styling was Bill Mullen, with beauty from hair stylist Garren, and makeup artist Pat McGrath.
